Alaska is home to all kinds of bad-assery.

I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly lucky I am to have been born and raised here.
Not to say I'm necessarily bad ass or anything, but just looking out the window into my backyard gives me a sense of wonderment.

Being raised in the Matanuska Susitna Valley, tucked between massive mountains, means frequent adventures. I used to take this for granted, but visiting various areas around the world from a young age helped shape my gratuitous point of view.
